Made from preshrunk, colorfast 10 ounce brushed bull denim, the Kids Lockout Suit is a back-zipper jumper to hamper undressing. Sleeveless and collarless, it is worn over a tee shirt. The back zipper is covered by a 7” long overlap with snaps. Long, tapered shorts discourage reaching up the leg. A generous torso length allows for easier movement, since there is no stretch in the denim. Elastic at the waist left and right helps the suit shape to the wearer. Narrow armholes prevent pulling the arm in.
The child medium suit torso length is 27 1/2”. A medium child (50-80 pounds) torso ranges from 22-26” in the trunk. The shorts are 9” long, at least to the knee. This child is 8 to 12 years old and up to 60-90 pounds.
The child large suit torso length is 28 1/2” long. A large child, teen, or petite adult’s torso ranges from 25-27”. Fits from 75 to 110 pounds, depending on the physique. 27” is a common torso (in front, shoulder to crotch) for a petite adult female. Shorts are 10” long.
The child XL suit torso length is 30" long.
To find your size you must measure your torso. To measure your torso length, start from the flat part of your shoulder (#1) and go down across your chest down to the bottom of your crotch (#2).
